Only four times has a player in his 40's won this event.  Sluman is 47.  The others were; Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, Tom Watson and most recently Kenny Perry in 2003.

Tiger Woods has won 21 times after trailing through 36 holes during his time on the PGA Tour.
