Tournament
Final Notes:
Furyk moves in
the top 10 on the PGA Tour career money list since joining the
tour in 1994.
This was
Furyk’s first tournament victory since the 2001 Mercedes
Championship.
Furyk becomes
the 21st different winner on the PGA tour in 22 PGA
events this season.
This is
Furyk’s fourth come from behind victory in his career (5 strokes
back at the beginning of the day). He was six strokes back with
seven holes to play at the 2000 Doral-Ryder Open.
