If you don't think that the American Church is the Church of Laodiceans you'd better take a long hard long at Revelation 3:14-22. We are rich and lack nothing except that we are so wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked with shame that we have allowed the ungodly to take over the popular culture. We are so lukewarm that in Jesus' own words..."I will spue thee out of my mouth". Revelation 3:16. 

Dr. Brown asked an important question. If most Americans profess to be Christians then why is it okay to pass out condoms in school but not Bibles? How can a teacher be allowed to explain to a child the alternative lifestyle of a homosexual but not be allowed to explain God's plan of Salvation? How long will it be before hate laws are enacted that will take away free speech that allows Christians to preach against sin? Which generation will see the Holy Scriptures replaced with a more politically correct book that will be pleasing to men? Sound too radical to be true? It's happening right now. Does the thought of it make you hang your head in shame? It should. 

It's time for the sleeping Giant to arise and proclaim as Peter and John would... "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved" Acts 4:12. The Church is not doing anybody any favors by softening the Word of God... What is right in man's eyes is sinful to God. The Word of God must be preached with the power of the Spirit in truth, as God intended. 

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 1Corinthians 6:9-10. 

Also ...the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelation 21:8. 

Revolution is mandated by God, in Micah 2:12-13. He promised to gather a remnant that would make a great noise by reason of the multitude. Jesus said... "And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Matthew 11:12. This Revolution is not fought with earthy weapons for ...we not wrestle not against flesh and blood. Ours is a spiritual battle fought with the Word of God, who is our two-edge Sword. The Jesus Revolution does not hurt or destroy but gives eternal life. 

Put on the full Armour of God so that we may be able to withstand in the evil day (which is now) . Our King shall pass before us, and the LORD on the head of us. We no longer can take this great light and hide it under a bushel. 

Dr. Brown's message is hard to hear but it needs to be told. It's time Church, to take up your cross and follow the Lord.
